Laila’s introduction to beauty began at home, long before it became a profession. From a very young age, she showed a natural eye for detail, often standing beside her mum, Monica, quietly observing as she worked from a small home salon in their garage.

From the early age of 12, Laila would assist where she could by watching the careful process of eyebrow shaping and learning how the smallest adjustments could completely change a face. Those early moments rooted in patience, precision, and intuition shaped the way Laila approaches beauty today.

Monica is the founder and director of MLBrows, with nearly 23 years of experience in the brow industry. She is known for her exceptional eye for detail and her unwavering standard when it comes to brows being just right. Monica’s work is meticulous and considered, with every brow shaped to suit the individual face. What began as a home-based practice has since grown into a studio run side by side by mother and daughter duo.

Together, Monica and Laila offer precise eyebrow shaping, eyebrow tinting, and tattooing, with a shared focus on balance, symmetry, and brows that feel perfectly refined.
